Please be aware that on Sunday, October 15th (10/15/2023) at 2AM EST, there will be scheduled down time for approximately 4-hours for maintenance and improvements. During this time we will: add more capacity to our infrastructure, improve system resilience, strengthen our business continuance and enhance our disaster recovery plans.

So that we can continue to ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade on our infrastructure when it will have the least impact on your customers.

During this maintenance window, the ActivEngage platform will be inaccessible. All operations connected or related to the platform are impacted, including chat invites, text messaging, site provisioning, conversations, delivery of leads, and reporting.

As part of this upgrade, we will be adding new IP address blocks over which our services will communicate. Please forward this to your IT department if your organization has a firewall allow/deny list for ActivEngage services. The list of IP's we will be using moving forward.
